This award-winning project is an exclusive Thames-side residential development on a former distillery and oil storage/distribution site. It features a dramatic series of waterfront buildings that cascade towards the river's edge.

McArdle has worked on this site for around six years, undertaking a series of work packages with a combined value in excess of £10 million.

These included enabling works, remediation, bulk earthworks and hard landscaping stages of the project by our Environmental and Construction Services division.
