McArdle Environmental and Construction Services Ltd start work on the prestigious Strata Tower Project, Elephant and Castle, Central London.

On Monday 22^nd February 2010, McArdle ECS started work on the High Specification Hard and Soft Landscaping and associated works at the prestigious Strata Tower for Brookfield Construction at the centre of the Elephant and Castle regeneration programme.

The works include Silvery grey and Flame finished Granite Paving, Granite planters, Granite Kerbs and Concrete Edgings, Waterproofing of the Podium Slab, Gatic Drains, Lighting, Cycle Stands, Bollards and Bins, Trees, and Asphalt.

Parts of the works will be adopted by TfL under a Section 106 agreement and the programme period for completion is 14 weeks with Sectional completion for access to the Tower in 10 weeks.

The works are being carried out within a densely populated area therefore consideration for the residents with respect to Noise, Dust and Access will be taken into account when carrying out any site operations.
