Ferry Quays, Brentford, Middlesex

Client: Rialto Homes plc

Ferry Quays, at Town Meadow in Brentford, Middlesex, is a Thames-side development to provide residential accommodation for Rialto Homes.

This was a challenging development that required an innovative solution by the McArdle Group. The site presented problems logistically in the latter stages of the development because of the restricted space and the isolated areas bound by the River Thames and a quay within the site.

The problem was compounded by the necessity to release completed phases, leading to restrictions to access and working practices in order to minimise disruption and nuisance to new residents.
