Mike Coleman - General Manager Reclamation & Remediation – 37 years experience in the civil engineering industry, the last 14 years in Reclamation and Remediation , formerly operations director Vertase FLI.
Peter Murphy - Director Waste & Haulage – 27 years experience in industry, has been with The McArdle Group for 12 years.
Stephen Baxter – General Manager Ground Improvements – Joined The McArdle Group in June 2010 from Keller Foundations where he was Operations Director. Degree Qualified Civil Engineer with 19 years experience in the management of Ground Improvement, Piling, Geotechnical and associated subcontract/enabling works packages.
Bill Mackie - Chief Estimator – Joined the McArdle group in October 2008. Bill has been in the civil engineering industry for over 35 years with 20+ years experience in estimating, having worked for major contractors as well as for some smaller contractors, gaining extensive experience in many aspects of civil engineering.
Darren Hogan - General Manager Plant Hire – Darren has over 20 years experience in the plant industry and has been with The McArdle Group for the last 6 years.
Christine Blanshard – HR Manager – joined McArdle in July 2008. Responsible for Group Human Resources, Training & People Development. 18 years HR and Training experience in the civil engineering, food manufacture and distribution sectors.
Paul Yelland - Commercial Manager – joined the Mcardle Group in September 2008. Paul previously worked for Alfred McAlpine, Edmund Nuttall and Associated Asphalt, gaining valuable knowledge of commercial activities in his 20 years experience in the Civil Engineering Indistry.
Dr. Nidhal Latif – HSEQ Manager (BSc Civil Engineering, MSc, PhD). Joined McArdle Group in February 2011. Formerly Assurance & Safety Director for HOCHTIEF Construction, with 30 years experience, the last 10 years in the construction industry.
